We are based in Orange County, CA. We service all of OC, LA, SD and IE. We charge a delivery and travel fee for outside of the OC for balloons and photo booth services.

For custom balloon décor we have a $350 minimum. We offer our Grab & Go Garlands for anyone looking to spend less.

YES. We deliver and install our balloon décor. Install fee is 20% of the product price before tax and delivery is based upon the area or your event.

We book out on the weekends, so the best way to guarantee your date and time as well as color availability on balloons is to book at least 2 weeks prior, or as soon as your date is reserved. If booking within 2 days or less of your event date there is a $50 rush fee.

Our Grab & Go Garlands are pre-made balloon garlands already assembled for you to pick up and install (hang) yourself. We suggest 6’ or 8’ and in 1 or 2 garlands

We are based in Costa Mesa by the Fairgrounds off the 55 S. Once you’re booked and confirmed we’ll provide the address.

• Photo Booth Policy: Alternative dates or service credit are options up to one year from original date of event booked. Otherwise the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation 20+ business days before the event date will be refunded in full (less any actual incurred expenses)
Cancellation less than 20 business days but more than 10 business days before the event date Client will forfeit deposit plus pay Foto Vibe 25% of remaining balanced due as a reasonable apprx of the costs incurred by Foto Vibe.
Cancellation 10 business days or less to the event date. Client will be responsible for and pay 100% of total cost, including the remaining balance due to Foto Vibe.
Cancellations “Due to Covid”- no refunds but credit will be issued for another date or can apply balance to other Foto Vibe services - up to one year from original date of event booked.
• Balloon Decor Policy:
• Duffy Boat Policy: No refunds on Duffy boat decor or balloons. You can defer credit to another date/ time or service we offer up to one year of original booking date.
If canceling 2 days to day of booking- NO credit given.

Due to weather- day-of rain can be delayed IF balloons have not been assembled. Clients must check in with Foto Vibe 2 days prior and monitor weather.

Fill out our inquiry form with as much detail on your date, event, and colors as possible and you’ll receive an email back from us. Once we confirm all details, we’ll send you an invoice. We take CC, Venmo or Zelle payment, paid in full prior to your date of event.
